Angel Food Cherry Bars

1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven 350°. Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Gently mix both ingredients in large bowl. Do not mix as with other cakes. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, just fold ingredients together until combined well.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 23 - 25 minutes or until top is just turning brown.
Remove and place on wire cooling rack until pan is cooled. Cake will fall in center as it cools down so don't be alarmed. Place back on rack to finish cooling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
