Bacon Wrapped Jalepenos


Ingredients.
5 Nice Size Jalepeno Peppers Halved Length Wise & Seeded
1 Lb Ground Pork/Beef
1/2 Pound Bacon.
1 Block Room Temp Cream Cheese.
2 Cloves Minced Garlic/or Two Teaspoons Dried Garlic ( I used McCormicks Ground Course Garlic & Parsley )
Instructions
1. Cook Ground Pork/Beef and Garlic Until Just Done
2. Mix Cream Cheese in With Ground Meat.
3. Stuff Meat Mixture Into The Halved & Seeded Peppers
4. Wrap Peppers In Bacon.
5. Place Peppers on a Sheet of Foil on the Grill.
6. Cook Until Bacon is Done to Desired Doneness
Can be Done in the Oven at 450 Until Bacon is Done
