Black Forest Crumb Bars
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. shredded coconut flakes
chopped nuts, optional
Preheat oven to 375°. Coat pan with cooking spray. Bigger pan makes thinner bars. Smaller pan, 8x8, makes thicker bars. So you choose!
Mix dry cake mix, coconut and oats in large bowl. Stir in the melted butter. Mix well until dry cake mix is completely blended and the mixture is moist from butter.
Press 1/2 of mixture into prepared pan. Be sure to press firmly to pack it well.
Spread cherry pie filling evenly over top of packed mixture.
Pour remaining mixture over pie filling and press to pack well. Don't push hard enough to squish the pie filling out though.
Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to COMPLETELY cool before cutting into bars.
Makes 12 bars (2 1/2" x 2 1/2") or 24 bars (1" x 2 1/2")https://www.facebook.com/groups/healthy360/

*****I would like to insert a clause here regarding my drop in cholesterol levels and A1C. Skinny Fiber is not clinically proven to lower cholesterol or A1C levels, and Skinny Body Care as a company nor any of it’s affiliates that are in good standing do not claim that Skinny Fiber lowers cholesterol levels, or A1C levels. I just know that since I have been taking Skinny Fiber my levels are lower and my blood sugars are in control.******

WOW Jackie! I am so happy for you~
Hi I am Jackie ~ I started SF June 10th 2013 ~ I am doing much better, lost lots of inches 35lbs. My diabetes numbers are so much better I am happy to say! A year ago when I started SF my goal was to to get my life back & feel better by my 60th Birthday in May! Well I sure do feel better Pain & everything is better then it was a year ago Here is my Testimony from a year ago ~ "I Have been a very brittle Type1 Diabetic 23ys been in a couple coma's, had a really hard time the first few years being Diabetic! I also have Scoliosis which affects my lower back, I have low thyroid, was diagnosed with Mild Colitis a couple years ago. In 2000 I had a car accident which affected my neck & right shoulder & right hip. As a result of my car accident my career as a Cosmetologist ended, I had a torn Rotor Cuff (SP) in my right shoulder just never healed right so I never really gained enough strength back to do my job. I tried Theropy for my shoulder & hip it never did help. I really never could except all that has happened to me it was hard on me not working & all I had gone through. I decided to take my health in my hands, I was so tired of getting sick so easy, tired of having no energy & tired of being in pain! I just knew there had to be a way to feel better I started researching natural remedies, supplements & read on many things. One day in late April I was just on my Face Book I seen a recipe for fish tacos, I also seen it was from a page Getting Healthy with Heather, well I had to check it out so not long after finding it I friended Heather, I asked many questions about Skinny Fiber so to make a long story shorter, I made a new friend for life & even better I tried SF & It really does work! I ordered my first bottle the end of May started it in June! My blood sugars are better then they ever have been, I didn't measure that first month & I lost the most inches that first month. My pain is much better I will never be completely without pain since I have had the Scoliosis since a teenager there is a lot if nerve damage but I would much rather have much less pain than barely getting around at times!!! I went in knowing with my health issues it may take me longer to lose weight, I did not care because I was feeling better then I have in many years!!! Sleeping better, less pain, & from what I have been told not as moody. Lol Seriously though I am happy with my results so far & my Dr is too. In my pictures you can see my progress. SF works!"
I recommend SF for anyone really serious about Getting Healthy & Losing Weight! The fiber & enzymes really help get your body healthy our digestion slows down from eating poorly & as we age it also slows down. The Enzymes & fiber gets your body working the way it should & by doing that you feel so much better I will be 60 in May, I feel much happier, healthier & younger now thanks To SF!

Baked Ziti
I loved baked ziti!!
Ingredients
1 pound Italian Sausage
1 pound Ground Beef
1 can (28 Ounce Can) Stewed Tomatoes. I used a Basil Garlic blend
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
Salt And Pepper, to taste
1 box Ziti noodles (16 oz) Cooked Until Not Quite Al Dente
1 tub (15 Ounce) Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
1-1/2 pound Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 whole Egg
2 large handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce. I used Ragu Chunky (45 oz)
Directions
Brown sausage and ground beef until browned thoroughly. Drain of the grease. Add Italian seasonings, tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook on low for 20-25 minutes. The last 5 mins cooking add the spinach and allow it to melt down in the meat mixture.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a separate bowl, conbine the ricotta cheese, 2 cups of the grated mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, and salt and pepper. Stir together just a couple of times (do not mix completely).
Cook pasta as per directions on box but cook until just before al dente because they will cook more in the oven. Drain the pasta and rinse under cool water to stop the cooking and cool it down. Pour it into the bowl with the cheese mixture and toss to slightly combine
Add half the coated pasta to a large casserole dish or lasagna dish. Spoon half of the sauce over the top, then top with half the remaining mozzarella cheese. Repeat with another layer of the coated pasta, the sauce, and the mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbling. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Awesome!

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Cups
We just finished these for breakfast. So super simple and very good! Great for low carb! Don't serve plain ol' boring eggs & bacon, make these instead and WOW those you are cooking for!
Spray muffin pan with olive oil. Line each cup with 1 piece of bacon. Keep it somewhat flush with the side of the cup. Crack open 1 egg in to each cup, inside the bacon ring. Add your favorite seasonings, (I just use pepper). Bake in the oven on 375° for 20 minutes for hard eggs, 15 minutes for medium. Remove from oven. Top with salsa, cheese and whatever else you want.
You can really play around with this! You can add some chopped onion, peppers, pretty much anything you want in the bottom of the cup before adding the egg! Or even whisk the eggs and your added veggies in a bowl before pouring it in to each cup!

hey everyone sam here I have just finished my first proper 90 day challenge and in that time I have changed my whole diet dramatically! I have cut out carbs as much as possible, no gluten and more fruit and vege and high protein meats. I have cut out all sugar and I am trying to drink more water through the day. It wasnt an over night process either. Since I first started my Journey in October 2013 I have been taking skinny fiber on and off. When I first started I lost 8 kilos in the first 2 months. I have put some on taking some off and not really changed any of what I eat, I seen what skinny fiber could do. I decided it was about time I took some responsibility and really put the 90 days in motion. In the first 15 days I lost a total of 4inches all over I was so super stoked so decided I needed to change what I was eating aswell I just started a new role as an admin and now I see what I eat every day. I got super duper healthy jazing up salads and all. I took my skinny fiber everyday and then in the last month i ended up in hospital and had to stop skinny fiber. But I am now back on track and taking my Skinny Fiber again and on my next 90 day challenge. Skinny Fiber has helped me in so many ways....I cant wait to see what the next 90 days is going to bring. I think a gym member ship is in the making

So happy for Jen B. She is getting off her meds ~
Ok I decided to finally step out of my comfort zone and put it out to the world how Skinny Fiber has changed my health.
We all know how eating the toxic fast food and drinking soda can cause you to gain weight but it also causes a lot more damage than that. It build up inside your colon, intestines, stomach and slows everything down. It causes Migraines, high blood pressure, diabetes, high chloresterol, thyroid disease, kidney and liver disease.... etc. The weight gain for women can also cause fertility issues and other problems oh and later in life as we women know comes extra pounds, migraines and lovely hot flashes.
For myself taking Skinny Fiber has helped me drop 50 inches as it has flushed the toxins that have stored in my body. The inches count more than pounds and pounds will drop as my body gets healthy.....
As for other benefits in 4 days my migraines were gone! My joint pain from gout/fibromyalgia subsiding...
And after 3 months I was able to come off Migraine, blood pressure and gout medications all together!
Also I have not had a hot flash since the 4 day on Skinny Fiber and I sleep so much better and I'm not tired and sluggish.

WOW~ From Angelia:
"60 Day Checkin: After much bribing, I convinced my LBG to share her progress on the Skinny Fiber 90 Day Challenge. Due to taking steroids since she was 5 years due to Asthma, she has gained weight. She wondered why the other girls were so skinny and wanted to be smaller. I decided to give Alicia Skinny Fiber but told her not to tell anyone. Well that was just me. I didn't want people to look at me in the wrong way about giving her the product. Once I found out it was safe for kids, I said let's go for it. I didn't weigh her because I didn't want her focused on the scale and to make her too self conscious about the journey. She is a pretty confident kid and my focus was that WE can be healthy together. I decided today to put the pictures together and I have big smile on my face. I am so thankful to God for Skinny Fiber. It is such a blessing. Alicia takes it 2 times a day. One dose in the morning and one in the afternoon. We havent exercised but will start walking 20 minutes a day for the next 30 days of the challenge. If your child needs help with getting the weight off, forget about what people think. Do what it takes to help them.

Kool-aid Hair Dye
Ingredients:
1-2 packets unsweetened kool-aid (Any flavor/color you like!)
Small amount of conditioner
Directions:
Mix together koolaid and conditioner to make a paste. Be careful though, it stains!
Apply to the hair you want to color. Thoroughly saturate the hair. (If you get it on your skin, wipe it off immediately, it will stain your skin)
Wrap hair in alumimum foil, and leave for 6-8 hours or overnight. (You can leave it in longer or shorter depending on how bright you want the color and how long you want it to last)
Rinse out until the water runs clear and towel dry.
Notes:
I bleached the hair that I dyed, previously and left the dye in for over 24 hours.
This dye shows up best on lighter hair.
This dye will stain your skin, and clothes, and even the towel you dry with. Take all necessary precautions to avoid staining (gloves, dark/old towels and clothes)
This dye may wash out in 3-4 washes or last much longer depending on many factors.
You may wish to use a deep conditioner after dyeing.

Biscuits and gravy in a pie!!
Ingredients:
16 ounces of Ground sausage, (I prefer Jimmy Dean)
1/2 cup onion, diced
4 potatoes, washed and diced, (really small pieces)
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup chicken or beef broth
2 1/2 cup milk or more
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
16 of the large home-style buttermilk biscuits
(the pop and bake kind)
8 miniature pie tins
Preheat oven to 350
Instructions:
Wash, cut and dice potatoes first. Dice onions, then in a large skillet,
add sausage, crumble in to small pieces, add potatoes, and onion.
Cook on medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes stirring so mixture
doesn't burn.
Meanwhile in a large saucepan, melt butter on medium heat,
and once melted add the flour and broth. Whisk together till
well blended. Slowly add in the milk, and continue to stir until
mixture thickens. Add more milk if too thick. Add seasoning
salt and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the sausage potato mixture to the gravy and stir well.
Set aside.
Roll the biscuits out, one at a time. Roll out one for bottom layer
a little bigger than the pie tin, and one that will go over the top.
After you roll out the biscuits, put it into the pie tin, fill it with the
gravy mixture, be careful not to get on edges. Top off with the
top biscuit and pinch edges together all around the top layer of
the pies. Do this with the rest of the biscuits.
If you don't have the pie tins, this will also work with a muffin tin.
Use one roll for the bottom of the tin, and half a roll for the top.
Bake for 15 minutes for the pies, and 13 for the muffin size.

A few drops of lemongrass or lavender essential oil (to smell good but also, fleas, like other bugs, do not like either of these plants/oils/scents- it'll help keep those buggers at bay!:))

You will also need a spray bottle large enough to hold this all together and use
Directions
Mix the vinegar and essential oil together then add to water in the spray bottle and gentle shake. You can mist your dog (please keep away from their eyes -- for hard to spray areas I suggest using a hand towel or cloth with mixture on it and rub on those areas) You can also spray your pets bedding and clothing, collars etc. You can do this weekly! Also I do mix white vinegar with her shampoo when bathing her now in case there are any buggers on her.

Low Carb Breakfast
(recipe for 1)
2 oz. frozen or fresh spinach
1 egg
1 piece bacon
pinch of garlic powder and sea salt
1 egg
1 piece bacon
pinch of garlic powder and sea salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
1)Take bacon and place around the sides of one hole in a muffin tin so it creates a circle and is flush to the bottom. Put tin in oven for 10-15 minutes
2)Saute spinach in pan until all liquid is gone. Add garlic and salt. Use paper towel if needed.
3)When bacon looks 75% done, remove from oven. Get rid of liquid fat by pouring off or using a paper towel.
4)Place spinach at bottom or tin.
5)Crack your egg on top. May have to maneuver the bacon into place
6)Place in oven for another 10 - 15 minutes until egg has reached desired consistency.
I cooked mine for 10 minutes because I prepared these the night before and this would allow me time for reheating.
Enjoy!
